Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

AIQuick is operated by Dosvak LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

This policy explains what AIQuick collects, why, where it goes, and how long it is kept. It describes this service as it is actually built, not a generic template.

What we collect

Account data

If you create an account: your email address, a display name if you set one, and a hash of your password — never the password itself. If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive the identifier and email that provider releases to us. We record your tier and whether your email has been verified.

What you submit

Prompts you type, files you upload to the tools (audio, images, video), and the images and videos generated for you. Prompts are stored with the job record so your history is meaningful; generated media is stored so it remains available to you.

Usage and technical data

Job records, per-tier usage counters, and an audit log of significant actions. For signed out visitors, usage counters are keyed to your IP address — that is how a free allowance can exist without an account. We keep ordinary server logs.

Payment data

If you add credit, our payment processor handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. We store a ledger of charges and balances so you can see what was spent on what.

What we do not collect

  • We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
  • We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
  • We do not send your prompts to a third-party model provider. Generation runs on GPUs we rent and open-weight models we run ourselves, so your prompt does not leave our infrastructure to be processed by someone else's API.

How your content is used

Your generations are private to your account. They are not published to the public gallery and are not shown to other users. The public gallery is filled by prompts the system generates for itself, not by user work.

Files you upload to the tools — a clip to transcribe, an image to upscale or cut out — are transient. They are processed to produce your result and then deleted from the worker; they are not kept as a corpus.

We do not train models on your prompts or your outputs. The models we run are open-weight models used as published.

Moderation

Prompts are screened before generation. Higher tiers have the content filter relaxed for material that is lawful but restricted by default. Screening for illegal material — sexual content involving minors, non-consensual acts, bestiality — applies to every account at every tier, cannot be disabled, and those attempts are logged. See our Terms and Conditions.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of processors, each for one job:

  • GPU hosts. Inference runs on rented GPU machines. Prompts and uploads are sent to those machines to be processed and are not retained there beyond the request.
  • Object storage and CDN. Generated media is stored and served from our storage host, fronted by a content delivery network.
  • Payments. Card processing is handled by our payment provider under their own terms.
  • Email. Verification and account email is sent through an email delivery provider.

A note about media URLs

Generated media is served from URLs that are unguessable but not access-controlled. Anyone you give a link to can open it. Treat a media link the way you would treat an unlisted link: private until you share it.

How long we keep things

  • Account data: until you delete your account.
  • Generated media and job history: until you delete it, or until your account is deleted.
  • Tool uploads: deleted after the request that used them completes.
  • Usage counters: rolled over on their hourly and daily windows.
  • Billing records and moderation logs: kept as long as we need them for accounting and safety obligations, which is longer than the rest.

Your choices

You can delete individual generations from your account at any time. To request access to the data we hold about you, correction of it, or deletion of your account and its content, email privacy@aiquick.io from the address on the account. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Some data survives a deletion request where the law requires it — payment records for tax and accounting, and moderation logs relating to illegal-content attempts.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Sessions can be invalidated, and changing your password invalidates sessions on other devices. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise; if we discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you.

Children

AIQuick is not for children. You must be at least 18 to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we discover we have.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how your data is handled, tell account holders by email.
