Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use AIQuick. By using it you confirm that you are, and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable law or sanctions programme. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

This is the part of these terms we enforce most strictly, and the part with the least room for interpretation. You may not use AIQuick to generate, request, upload, store or distribute:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor in a sexualised context. This includes fictional, drawn, rendered and "aged-up" depictions. There are no exceptions, at any tier, for any account, including administrators.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including intimate imagery of a real person made or shared without their consent, and sexual content depicting coercion or assault.
• Bestiality, or sexual content involving animals.
• Content that sexualises, harasses, defames or impersonates a real identifiable person, including synthetic likenesses made without that person's consent.
• Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or violence against a person or group.
• Material designed to defraud, including forged identity or financial documents, phishing material, malware, and content intended to circumvent security controls.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Anything else prohibited by the law that applies to you or to us.

How this is enforced. Prompts are screened before generation and again at the machine that would run them. The refusal for illegal sexual content is not a configurable filter: it is not lifted by a paid plan, is not lifted for administrators, and cannot be switched off by setting. Attempts are recorded.

What happens. We may refuse a request, suspend or terminate an account without notice or refund, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to law enforcement and to the relevant reporting bodies. For material involving minors we will do so as a matter of course, and we will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

• Attempt to defeat, evade or reverse-engineer the content filters, rate limits, quotas or billing — including by using multiple accounts to exceed a free allowance.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the service as if it were your own.
• Automate the service in a way that degrades it for others, or scrape it beyond what a normal client does.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload.

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts you write and the media you generate. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us the licence we need to operate the service: to store, process, transmit and display your content for the purpose of providing it back to you, and to retain records as described in our Privacy Policy.

Generated media is stored on infrastructure we control and served from unguessable URLs that are not access-controlled. Anyone with the link can open it.

The models behind this service are third-party open-weight models with their own licences. Your right to use an output commercially depends on the licence of the model that produced it, and it is your responsibility to check it for your use case. Outputs are generated, may resemble existing works, and are not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.

Free tiers generate within a daily allowance at no charge. The paid tier is pay-as-you-go: you add credit and each generation deducts a published amount at the moment it is admitted. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and are the same numbers the service charges from.

• Credit is denominated in US dollars and does not expire.
• If you cancel a job before it runs, its charge is refunded to your credit balance automatically.
• Credit is otherwise non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where we failed to deliver a generation you were charged for. If you were charged for a failed generation, contact us and we will put it right.
• Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

We may change prices. A change applies to generations made after it takes effect and never retroactively to credit already spent.

This service runs on rented GPU capacity. Capacity varies, queues form, individual machines fail and are replaced. We do not promise uptime, a queue position, or a maximum wait, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. Where a generation fails for our reasons, you are not charged for it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. For breaches of the illegal-content section we will do so immediately and without refund. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose; you are responsible for reviewing it before you use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dosvak LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify Dosvak LLC against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of any law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
