Real-ESRGAN super-resolution, with an anime-tuned weight set and optional face enhancement. A 768px source at 4× comes back as a 3072px image in about two seconds. Larger sources are reduced to 768px on their longest side first, which keeps the returned image to something a browser can hold in a single response.

Input

Image *Up to 6 MB. Anything larger than 768px on its longest side is reduced first. Takes a couple of seconds.
ScaleReal-ESRGAN ships 2× and 4× weights; there is nothing in between.
ModelThe anime weights keep flat colour and line art clean; they smear photographs.
Face enhancementRuns GFPGAN over detected faces after upscaling. Slower.
